Thermally conductive adhesive pad for SmartArrays

Double-sided thermally conductive adhesive pad, ideal for attaching our SmartArray to a suitable heat sink. In addition to high adhesive strength, the adhesive pad offers good thermal conductivity and electrical insulation. With the help of the pad, the SmartArray can be easily and quickly mounted on a corresponding cooling element.
