Thermally conductive adhesive pad for 10x10mm circuit board

Double-sided thermally conductive adhesive pad, ideal for attaching our 10x10mm board to a suitable heat sink. In addition to high adhesive strength, the adhesive pad offers good thermal conductivity and electrical insulation. With the help of the pad, an LED with circuit board can be mounted quickly and easily on a corresponding cooling element.
