Compact controller with DALI-209-TW compatibility

The new PowerController V2 DALI 209 TW from LUMITRONIX® is equipped twice with Device Type 8 and, as a high-performance control unit, offers the option of integrating 2 Tunable White modules into a DALI 209 system - and that with a minimal size of only 100 x 29 x 19mm.

And this is how the installation works

Connection

Connect the two DALI inputs (DA2) on the PowerController to the DALI BUS line. The 4 outputs (CH1-CH4) are each connected to the negative line of the respective modules. The cold white connection of the first 209 device must be connected to CH1 and the warm white connection to CH2. Similarly, the second module is connected to CH3 and CH4 in the same way. The plus lines are routed to OUT via terminals (item no. 33736 at www.leds.de ). The operating voltage is via GND and VCC.

After all components have been properly wired, power can be applied to the PowerController V2 DALI 209 TW and then addressing can be carried out on the DALI BUS. Depending on the software used, new DALI devices then appear, which can now be customized.

Easy installation due to minimal size

The slim format allows easy installation in control cabinets, also due to the practical terminals. A total of up to 10 A can be switched via the outputs. The PowerController V2 DALI 209 TW allows the control of constant voltage LED modules.
