Meanwell LCM-DA (DALI), constant current source

With the LCM-60-DA power supply, MeanWell is expanding its range of switched-mode power supplies for LED lighting. The power supply has a multi-constant current output, which can be selected by an integrated DIP switch. The power supply has a DALI interface and the widespread push dimming function. It also has a two-stage PFC filter and complies with the EN61000-3-2 class C standard (> 35% load), which is important for lighting technology.

The latest circuit topology ensures high efficiency of up to 92% and cooling by simple air convection at an ambient temperature of -30 to +60°C. A connection for an optional external temperature sensor (NTC) allows temperature compensation to regulate the output current to ensure long LED life.

Up to ten power supplies can be connected via a separate output, which enables synchronized dimming of several lights. Other features include the class II design, protection against short circuits, overvoltage and overtemperature. All switched-mode power supplies from MeanWell's LCM series comply with UL8750, ENEC EN61347-2-13 and EN62384. Typical applications are commercial LED lighting, office lighting, LED decorative lighting.
