The new LumiFlex700 TW Pro LED strip has been manufactured in a reel-to-reel process on our state-of-the-art new Flex production line. A total of 700 high-quality LEDs from Seoul Semiconductor, one of the market leaders in the LED segment, are located over a length of 5 meters. The LEDs have a long service life and efficiency. The strip can be easily cut off with scissors every 50 mm and thus increases the flexibility in terms of applicability. Consisting of a single, five meter long, high-quality circuit board, it offers greater mechanical and electrical reliability compared to cheaper LED strips made up of sections soldered together. An integrated linear control also ensures that the brightness remains the same throughout.

The tunable white flexible strip is equipped with LEDs in two different color temperatures (2700 K and 5000 K). These can be controlled and mixed with an additional control unit. This allows you to create moods and ambience in different lighting situations and adapt them to your needs. Setting it to a cool, lively light, for example, provides you with additional energy for concentrated work. A warm light is easy on your eyes and helps you relax. The right color mixture makes it possible to adjust the light individually. With Tunable White, the light adapts to people and not the other way around.

Thanks to the excellent adhesion, double-sided adhesive tape on the back, which makes additional cooling unnecessary, the LumiFlex700 TW Pro LED strip is particularly convenient and easy to install. Whether as cove and plinth lighting, for backlighting and lighting furniture, in trade fair and kitchen construction or in lighting construction - the LumiFlex700 TW Pro LED strip impresses with its easy handling, low overall height and high efficiency. And best of all: The product is 100% Made in Germany!

Advantages of the roll-to-roll process over conventional production processes

On the state-of-the-art Flex production line from LUMITRONIX®, which is equipped with the most innovative reel-to-reel machines on the market, flexible base materials can be fitted with electronic components in one go. In contrast to the conventional production of flexible LED strips, the base material is not soldered together every 50 cm. These soldering points are both mechanical and electrical weak points that do not even arise due to the roll-to-roll processing.
