The new LumiFlex300 Pro RGB LED strip has been manufactured in a reel-to-reel process on our state-of-the-art new Flex production line. A total of 300 high-quality LEDs from Osram in the colors red, green and blue are located over a length of 5 metres. The LEDs have a long service life and efficiency. The strip can be easily cut off with scissors every 100 mm and thus increases the flexibility in terms of applicability. Consisting of a single, five meter long, high-quality circuit board, it offers greater mechanical and electrical reliability compared to cheaper LED strips made up of sections soldered together. An integrated linear control also ensures that the brightness remains the same throughout.

The LumiFlex300 Pro RGB LED strip is particularly convenient and easy to install thanks to the highly adhesive, double-sided adhesive tape on the back, which makes additional cooling unnecessary. Whether as cove and plinth lighting, for backlighting and lighting furniture, in trade fair and kitchen construction or in lighting construction - the LumiFlex300 Pro RGB LED strip impresses with its easy handling, low overall height and high efficiency. And best of all: The product is 100% Made in Germany!

The connection pad for the white channel (W) has no function in this version of the LED strip and does not have to be connected.

Advantages of the roll-to-roll process over conventional production processes

On the state-of-the-art Flex production line from LUMITRONIX®, which is equipped with the most innovative reel-to-reel machines on the market, flexible base materials can be fitted with electronic components in one go. In contrast to the conventional production of flexible LED strips, the base material is not soldered together every 50 cm. These soldering points are both mechanical and electrical weak points that do not even arise due to the roll-to-roll processing.
