Cree XHP70 SMD LED, with star board, 1710lm, 6500K

Thanks to the new SC5 technology platform, the Cree XLamps XHP50 and XHP70 set new standards for lumen density, reliability and for a radical reduction in system costs by up to 40 percent. At maximum current, the XHP70 delivers twice the light output of the XLamp MK-R with similar efficiency and without increasing the package footprint. Furthermore, the XHP70 achieves a longer service life at higher operating temperatures. Overall, there are significantly lower thermal, mechanical and optical costs at the system level.
